No, you can use our guest checkout if you want. If you check out as a guest you won’t receive these benefits:
  • Faster checkout – we’ll safely store your delivery information for your next purchase.
  • Easily check on the status of your orders.
  • View order history.
Creating an account is simple. It’ll allow you to checkout with ease, receive updates and check the status of your orders. Click here to create an account. If you cannot create your account, contact our Customer Care Team at info@oddyseyfragrance.com.
If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions.

Delivery

We offer delivery to the UK only. Delivery is free for orders over £50.
  • UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free over £50
  • UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.95
  • UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.95
  • UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £9.95
Orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Order Queries

If you’re experiencing problems placing an order, please contact us on info@oddyseyfragrance.com, and we’ll be more than happy to help.
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please refer to the tracking link for updates.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are not able to cancel it. Please contact us if you wish to return the items once received.
If you are missing an item, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Payment

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay, ClearPay, and Klarna.
You can use your promo code during the checkout process. Please ensure it’s applied before completing the purchase.

Returns

If your items are damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@oddyseyfragrance.com. Keep the packaging as it may be required for returns.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
We accept returns on sealed, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Items on promotion or discounted cannot be returned.
